Our 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse located in Barefoot Resort overlooks the golf course . The master bedroom is located on the first floor with king size four poster bed, hardwood floor, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and master suite bath.
The three additional bedrooms are located on the second floor each with queen bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and spacious closet space. One bedroom has a master bath suite and the other two share a full bath in the adjacent hall. The second floor also offers
additional living area as a recreation area with flat screen TV, comfortable couch and love seat and a desk.
Our unit has a private driveway with two car garage and a golf cart available for rental.
The unit has hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The living room has a 55' flat screen for the entire family to enjoy those action movies kicked back in the comfortable sofas. Extend your living space to the screened in porch overlooking the golf course.
The kitchen has granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to make those home cooked meals overlooking the courtyard. Enjoy a quick meal at the breakfast bar or in the dining room for more formal seating.
If barbecuing is more your style, enjoy grilling out in the private courtyard where you can cook and eat your meals alfresco, or just sit back and relax around the table with family and friends.
Our townhome has a laundry room with a full washer and dryer and half bath located off the kitchen.
The pool is located around the corner from the unit, but if you enjoy the sand between your toes, the private beach is located one mile from the entrance to the Resort. Enjoy the many water sports the beach has to offer. Barefoot offers a free shuttle to the
beach which runs every 15 minutes in the summer months.
The Resort also has one of the largest pools on the Grand Strand with a hot tub which is located at the North Tower and overlooks the Inter coastal waterway.
If you want to take a break from the sand and water and interested in a little shopping, visit Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach or the Market Commons where you can definitely shop till you drop.
For the golfer who enjoys hitting that little ball around, enjoy the four championship golf courses by Greg Norman, Davis Love, Pete Dye & Tom Fazio.
For that exciting night life, the beach has many restaurants, theaters, clubs and casino boats to choose from.
For enjoyment for the entire family, visit our many mini golf courses, IMax theaters, Magic Quest or the new Wonder Works and much more.
